Delivers comprehensive services to foster healthy development in low-income children by focusing on early childhood development and education, health, nutrition, parent involvement, disability, and family literacy
Provides a preschool curriculum for three and four year olds to prepare them for kindergarten
Offers a full-day/full-year classrooms for three and four year olds
Offers, in combination with Fargo Public Schools, a preschool program for children with special needs
Offers English As A Second Language (ESL) and Even Start classes for refugee families
Encourages and promotes parent/family activities, including family picnics, family night at the Red River Zoo, family night at Yunker Farm, parent conferences, Winterfest, Policy Council, and a variety of parent education opportunities
