Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance

The mission of the Eastern Dakota Housing Alliance is to foster the development and preservation of affordable housing in Eastern North Dakota. The EDHA typically partners with communities and other non-profits to develop projects including:

• Rental housing

• Homeownership opportunities

• New construction

• Acquisition with rehabilitation

The Alliance serves the 25 counties encompassed in Regions III, IV, V and VI; and has helped create more than 150 units of affordable housing since 1998.
