Our Programs

Child & Adult Care Food Program
Ensures the nutritional well-being of children through education, financial assistance, and professional training of Home Child Care providers.

Child Care Center
Full day, year-round services for Head Start and low-income familes, providing a safe and friendly environment that encourages children to learn.

Head Start Birth to Five
Provides services to low-income families with a comprehensive program to meet their emotional, social, health, and educational needs. Head Start offers a preschool curriculum for three and four year olds as well as a full-day/part-day classroom for three and five year olds. 

Region V Community Development Corporation (RVCDC)
Planning, developing, owning, and managing affordable housing projects in southeastern North Dakota.

Self-Sufficiency
Provides a variety of services all designed to improve the standard of living and help promote the self-sufficiency of low-income individuals.

Energy & Rehab
The nation's core program for delivering energy efficiency services to low-income households.
