 cords and remember key steps to maintaining their unit and a collaborative
  relationship with their landlord and neighbors.\n\nParticipants who compl
 ete the Renter Empowerment Class will:\n\nGather information to evaluate r
 ental housing.\nIdentify changing needs and wants in rental housing.\nPrac
 tice financial tasks related to housing.\nRecognize the components of the 
 lease agreement.\nPractice positive communication skills.\nIdentify method
 s to keep rental housing clean and safe.\nExplain proper procedures to end
  tenancy and avoid eviction.\nThe RentWise curriculum is divided into thre
