Starting wage: $18.30 per hour
The Behavior Support Aide assists with the implementation of a Head Start Birth to Five classroom. The position will support the classroom in handling challenging behaviors, social skill needs, and providing cognitive development.

Starting wage: $17.43/hour
This position will assist teachers by providing extra support for children in the Head Start, Early Head Start ages birth to five classrooms which include handling challenging behaviors, social skill needs, and providing cognitive support. This position will also assist staff in the SENDCAA Child Care classroom, with educational and enrichment activities.

Starting Wage: $18.52/hour without a CDA and $19.93/hour with a CDA
The Co-Teacher provides children with a positive learning environment and varied experiences that will help them develop in all areas in a manner appropriate to their age and developmental level.
Will be working with children ages 0-3 years old.
Schedule: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, year-round position with some breaks (Christmas break, Spring break, and a couple weeks in the summer that are non-paid workdays).

The Education Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the Performance Standards, as stated in the Federal Guidelines for Head Start. Education Coordinators oversee all aspects of the classroom, ensuring that teachers maintain fidelity in their rooms. Education Coordinators supervise and provide support where needed.
